Note to all new home and lot owners: You need a permit from the CSCD office to make just about any changes to your home or property. This includes a new dock, out building or about any other change. It's better to get a permit than get half way through a project and find a "STOP WORK" order in your mailbox. The building rules and regulations are posted on this site. To see them click HERE.
