Cordry-Sweetwater Lot Owners Association

Membership dues are $75.00 per year.  That's only $1.45 per week.  Where else could you get so much for your money?

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

  • Free Basic Fire Protection & First Aid/Ambulance.*

  • Free Resident Phone Directory every 2 years.

  • Representation by a CSLOA member on all CSCD Commissions.

  • Discounted fee on clubhouse rental (for parties, family reunions,  wedding receptions, and other events).

  • CSLOA Newsletter

SOME OF THE THINGS YOUR DUES SUPPORT:

  • Our Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Corps.  (50%)

  • Maintenance of the Clubhouse and grounds.

  • Improvements in the Park areas, Nature Trails, Walking Track, and the Community.

  • Fireworks.

  • Library.

  • Adult & Youth Activities. 

*Half your dues goes to support our Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Dept.  That means of the $75.00 annual membership dues fee, $37.50 automatically goes to them.  Did you know that because of our Fire Department's excellent ISO Rating of 6, your home owners' insurance rates are usually lower?  Check with your insurance agent on this.  How did they get this ISO 6 rating--Training, equipment, response time to location, number of personnel showing up each time, and water flow.  Did you know that Cordry-Sweetwater is the only one of the six Brown County Volunteer Fire Departments that has an ambulance available to transport patients to a nearby hospital.  All this takes money!!!
